The City of Alhambra is seeking proposals from suitably qualified firms to provide professional consulting services for the development of a Bicycle and Pedestrian Transportation Plan (BPTP). The successful proposer will have significant experience preparing bicycle and pedestrian transportation improvement plans of comparable scale and complexity for similar communities, with extensive community outreach, public engagement and plan facilitation experience. The City requires a well-managed and financially sound firm with demonstrated abilities and the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction to perform the services required under this Request for Proposals (RFP). All responses must be completed as required, signed by an official of the firm who is authorized to enter into a binding agreement with the City on behalf of the company.
