Renovation of a mixed-use development in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and swimming pool.

The project scope includes demolition of existing plaster and tile and replacing with new plaster and tiles at Triton pool at Canyonview Aquatic & Recreation center. The scope also includes installation of a mosaic logo "triton" at the bottom of the pool. The work must be done between May 16, 2022 and August 16, 2022. Estimated project duration is 92 calendar days. Only prequalified bidders will be allowed to submit a Bid on this project. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Lump Sum Base Bid, excluding alternates, shall accompany each Bid. The Surety issuing the Bid Bond shall be, on the Bid Deadline, listed in the latest published State of California, Department of Insurance, list of Insurers Admitted to Transact Surety Insurance in This State. The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor's license at the time of submission of the Bid: Swimming Pool Contractor, C-53. Contractors and subcontractors must use the DIR's upgraded electronic certified payroll reporting (eCPR) system to furnish certified payroll records (CPRs) to the Labor Commissioner. Contractors and subcontractors who have been submitting PDF copies of their CPRs for earlier projects must also begin using the new system.
