Renovation of a multi-residential development in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Pomerleau Inc., acting as Construction Manager for the project cited in the title, for and on behalf of the Ottawa Community Housing Corporation is pleased to invite you to bid on the work for the aforementioned lot. The L0701 Subtrade Pre-Qualification form must be submitted before March 25th for bidders to be considered for this scope of work. Bidders interested in participating in this call for tenders shall be required to obtain all plans and tender documents from BuildingConnected, subject to the applicable conditions of the site. Please send an email to bid.ottawa@pomerleau.ca to request access to the documents. Bids over $500,000.00 shall be accompanied by a bid security for 10% of the bid amount, the designated beneficiary of which will be Pomerleau Inc., Construction Manager. For any bid-related questions, please submit your requests to Michael Trepanier, by email to michael.trepanier@pomerleau.ca. Please send your questions 5 days before the tendering deadline. No formal site visit is scheduled. The bidder assumes all responsibility for obtaining sufficient information and hereby certifies that he/she has visited the above site and is fully content and satisfied that he/she has obtained full knowledge of all matters affecting the proper execution and completion of the work described in the specifications and/or drawings relating to the tender.
