The project area is located behind the Town of Collins highway garage at 14097 Palmerton Street, Collins, NY 14034. The project is being rebid as three separate contracts. The contracts are to be awarded for the Electrical, Plumbing, and General aspects of the Town of Collins Cold Storage Building project as a whole. This advertisement is for the PLUMBING contract only. The Work shall be performed under a single contract, and shall include, but is not limited to, the following: furnishing, delivering and installing of the electrical components for the new cold storage building 60' wide x 160' long, including, interior lighting, exterior lighting, convenience outlets, wiring of garage door openers and switches, and associated electrical systems.
