Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ashtabula, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The base bid will consist of pavement planing and resurfacing of approximately 9,812 LF of roadway sections throughout the City. The work includes the adjustment of manholes and catch basins located in the street sections as well as improvements to curb ramps to make them ADA accessible. The project will include minor pavement repair as deemed necessary. The bid for Alternate A consists of pavement planing and resurfacing of approximately 1,270 LF of an additional roadway section. The bid for Alternate B consists pavement planing and resurfacing of 2,301 LF of another roadway section. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. Bidders must comply with Wage Requirements for prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Ashtabula County and the City of Ashtabula, Ohio. The City of Ashtabula reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities or irregularities in bidding.
