Renovation of a municipal facility in East Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of June 8, 2022. The Project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project involves re-roofing four (4) buildings totaling approximately 37,050 square feet of roof area and other work as described in the Contract Documents. Deadline for Questions from Bidders - 5:00 PM, Friday, April 8, 2022, All Questions must be submitted via email shelby.lesane@faypwc.com Bid Security Requirement - 5% of Total Bid/Bid Bond In all Performance and Payment Bonds, the provision that no suit, action, or proceeding by reason of any default whatsoever shall be brought on this Bond after a specified number of months shall be fixed at twelve (12) months. The face value of the Bond shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price for a period of twelve (12) months following the day when the last of the labor was performed, or equipment was furnished, or final settlement was made with the Contractor, whichever occurs last. Questions regarding procurement of this Project shall be submitted in writing to the attention of the Procurement Advisor, Shelby Lesane, for this Project. All questions must be submitted via email to shelby.lesane@faypwc.com by 5:00pm on Friday, April 8, 2022.
