Plans call for the construction of a construction management facility to include office and laboratory space, technology class space, and high-bay structures to promote student learning. The project consists of a 30,000 square foot site development and a two-story 13,600 square foot lab facility and 2,600 square foot storage building. ESI Construction is requesting a base scope valuation & donation from subs/vendors. ESI requests all questions by 2-2-2023. We appreciate the continued interest in the BSU Construction Management Lab Building. This notification is to provide a few reminders on the project: 1. A Public Works License is NOT required since this project is privately funded. 2. Tax benefit information is located within the bid manual. 3. The building is being named after the Meridian-based construction company ESI, as ESI has been working with BSU for decades to support internships and curriculum development for the construction management program at the university.
