The project consists of a 30,000 square foot site development and a two-story 13,600 square foot lab facility and 2,600 square foot storage building. ESI Construction is requesting a base scope valuation & donation from subs/vendors. ESI requests all questions by 2-2-2023. The building is being named after the Meridian-based construction company ESI, as ESI has been working with BSU for decades to support internships and curriculum development for the construction management program at the university.
