Renovation of a mixed-use development in West Point, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project Location: 1200 E Washington Street, West Point, NE 68788. The Work of the Project involves all construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, included but not limited to the following: Replacement of boilers and piping modifications at West Point Beemer High School building. The Work of the Project involves all construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, included but not limited to the following: Replacement of boilers and piping modifications at West Point Beemer High School building. Bid security in the form of either surety bond or certified check payable to the Owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Architect will provide responses to bidders' questions at Pre-Bid Conference by Addendum. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The undersigned proposes to bring the work to a state of Substantial Completion on or before September July 15th, 2022. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Owner reserves the right to designate which entities involved in the Work must submit waivers.
