Full Depth Reclamation Ridgeway Township, Sections 9, 16, 8, 17, 7 & 18 Pocklington Rd from Britton Hwy to Ridge Hwy - 2.62 miles The Lenawee County Road Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of same, to waive irregularities and/or informalities and to award in part or entirety as may appear to be in the best interest of Lenawee County. Bids will be publicly opened, read and available for review at the time specified. Following the bid opening the bids are reviewed by various staff members to determine recommendation to the County Board of Road Commissions on their next regular meeting date. During this time period the bids are closed and information regarding the bids is not available. Bids will be awarded at the next regular Board Meeting of the Lenawee County Road Commission. Copies of the bid tabulation and the bid award are mailed to each bidder on the next business day following the Board Meeting and are not available until that time. The right is reserved to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of same, to waive irregularities and/or informalities in bids and to make the award in whole or in part as may appear to be in the best interests of the Lenawee County Road Commission and Lenawee County. The scope of the work for the Lenawee County Road Commission prior to the start of this project shall include pre-pulverization of existing roadway, drainage, and 4 perforated tile. This work shall be complete prior to the start of this project.
