Proposals are sought for bi-weekly Backyard Refuse, Monthly Bulk Refuse, Weekly Recycling, and Weekly Yard Waste Collections. The RFP is for a three (3) year contract, as well as the Town's option for up to an additional three (3) consecutive one-year terms, exercisable in the discretion of the Town. Proposers are requested to include in the RFP the compensation rate(s) for the initial contract term as well as the three option years. This Contract shall be in effect for a term of three (3) years commencing on 1st day of July, 2022 through and including the 30th day of June, 2025 (Each Fiscal Year starts July 1 and ends June 30) The Contractor certifies that all information it provides to the Town in response to the invitation to bid, or that it provides in the future, is accurate and that the Town can rely on it in awarding or modifying the Contract, accepting services, making payment, or taking any other action regarding this Contract. Any false or misleading information is a ground for the Town to reject a bid or to terminate this Contract and to pursue any other appropriate remedy.
