Site work for a mixed-use development in Escanaba, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Summary Project Description: Construction of four new asphalt tennis courts, including surfacing, striping, net posts, nets, and fencing; construction of concrete bleacher pads and sidewalks; construction of a 20ft x 40ft pavilion; re-surfacing of four existing tennis courts. B. Contract Terms: Lump sum (fixed price, stipulated sum). Direct all questions to the office of the Engineer: Dynamic Design Group, inc., telephone number (906) 786-3300. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond payable to the Owner for not less than 5% of their total bid amount. The project will require the Prime contractor to obtain a performance and payment bond in the amount to cover the total contract. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
