Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Prince Edward, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Contract is called for the reconstruction of Main Street, generally from Bridge Street to Johnson Street, having an approximate length of 350m. The project limits shall commence at or around Bridge Street. Typical works shall involve the removal / disposal and replacement of asphalt, concrete curb, concrete sidewalk, underground sanitary sewer main, underground storm sewer main, concrete structures associated with underground infrastructure, watermain, roadway excavations (earth and rock), granular road base construction, hot mix paving, roadway pavement markings, street lighting, appurtenances and associated works as necessary to complete the work.
