For 2022 Full Depth Reclamation Raisin Township, Section 5 Coachlite Subdivision off Russell Rd - 1.24 miles The Lenawee County Road Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of same, to waive irregularities and/or informalities and to award in part or entirety as may appear to be in the best interest of Lenawee County. Bids will be publicly opened, read and available for review at the time specified. Following the bid opening the bids are reviewed by various staff members to determine recommendation to the County Board of Road Commissions on their next regular meeting date. During this time period the bids are closed and information regarding the bids is not available. Bids will be awarded at the next regular Board Meeting of the Lenawee County Road Commission. Copies of the bid tabulation and the bid award are mailed to each bidder on the next business day following the Board Meeting and are not available until that time. This work shall consist of pulverizing the existing bituminous layer(s) along with the underlying granular base material to the length, width as provided in the chart below and depth and gradation as required herein to create a Stabilized Base Course (SBC). The reclamation work shall consist of chemical stabilizers and compacting the treated material as required to achieve the minimum strength specifications presented in these specifications.
