The work, including seeding and fertilizing, will be substantially complete within 60 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and ready for final acceptance/payment within 10 days afterward. No additional days for inclement weather will be granted, unless requested by the contractor in writing within three days of the weather event. Approval of additional time is subject to approval from the Project Engineer.
