Project Title: Office Area Demolition - Hangar 2, Lakehurst, NJ A. The NAICS code for this requirement is 236210, "Industrial Building Construction". The small business size standard is $39.5 (millions of dollars). B. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. C. The magnitude of this requirement is betw een $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. D. A site visit w ill be conducted at 1300 EDT on 27 April 2022. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Demolition, removal and disposal of any and all existing above slab features within the former QA X-Ray office area in hangar #2 on the 3 rd floor in the north tower area (~550+- SF). Work shall also include the clean out of the QA X-Ray office area as well as furnish, install and paint (10+- LF) of new metal railing and shall also include concrete floor clean/repairs/patches/leveling and applying a floor coating (~650 SF total): [office/room ~550+- SF and ~100+- SF @ top of stairwell landing area]. These values are approximate and shall be field verified by the contractor prior to submitting bid.
