Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a parking garage in Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the addition of a parking garage; for the demolition of a parking garage; for the renovation of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.

The project consists of a one level 26,000 sqft. vertical addition of an existing open parking facility located at 411 2nd Ave. N. Fargo, ND 58102. Project scope is post tensioned concrete parking area expansion including extension of concrete unit masonry stair towers, addition of an accessible ramp accessway and architectural screening. Interior work includes interior lighting upgrade to LED fixtures. Portions of the building shall be partially occupied during construction. Construction is scheduled to begin on, or around May 25, 2022, with substantial completion by December 16, 2022 A. Project comprises a one-level post tensioned concrete vertical expansion of the existing Civic Center Parking Garage located at 411 2nd Ave. North accommodating approximately 64 additional parking stalls. The work shall include all demolition and installation of new work to complete the expanded parking area, accessible ramp walkway, pedestrian stair cores, architectural façade enhancements, electrical, CCTV and mechanical improvements. B. Work consists of 1 supported tiers of the existing facility as designed for future expansion. C. Work includes concrete, masonry walls, structural steel, metal roof deck, waterproofing, insulated roofing, roof accessories, sheet metal, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum entrances, aluminum windows, hardware, glazing, metal stairs , handrails, signs, plumbing, fire protection, electrical systems, CCTV systems, and lighting. No other observation of the project site will be provided for this project.
