The South Jersey Transportation Authority (SJTA), requesting ELECTRONIC proposals from engineering firms to perform various engineering services related to the safe and efficient operation of the Authority's facilities. The Airport Engineering Consultant (AEC) will provide general engineering services for the Atlantic City International Airport on various capital projects and maintenance programs as they relate to the airfield, terminal and landside development. This Request for Proposal will be available through Bid Express on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, after 1:00 pm from the address below. To subscribe, follow the directions on the website. The fee schedule is available, and all fees are payable to Bid Express. Any emailed, mailed or physical proposers delivered to the Authority will not be accepted and/or will be returned to the bidder unopened. The Authority, in accordance with applicable law, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and also to waive any minor informality or non-material exceptions in any proposal or proposals so received. In making its selection, the Authority shall consider criteria as follows: Experience of the Firm Experience of the Project Manager Key Personnel's Qualifications and Experience Understanding of the Project Technical Approach Small Business Participation Proposers are required to submit a current statement of qualifications and supporting data. To qualify for consideration, firms are required to submit prequalification status with a State of New Jersey Department or Authority as outlined in the Request for Proposal document. Proposers are also required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 Mandatory Equal Employment Opportunity Regulations.
