Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in New Liskeard, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

This Request for Tender (RFT) is an invitation to qualified Contractors for the provision of a new standing seam metal roof system located at the Pool and Fitness Centre. Scope of Work: a) Remove existing shingles down to wood deck and dispose at authorized dump site. b) Verify all wood deck substrate for damage and report to owner's representative. Replace as authorized. c) Cut plywood decking 3" on each side of the slope at all ridge locations. d) Prime existing wood deck as per manufacturer's recommendations. e) Install 45 mil self-adhering high temperature metal roof underlayment, ensuring to shingle in proper direction to shed water. f) Install 18" Standing Seam metal panels in accordance with manufacturer's specification and shop drawings. g) Install snow retention via seam clip system (none penetrating) in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. h) Install new soffit, fascia, eavestroughs and associated down spouts as per shop drawings Any questions with respect to the specifications are to be directed to: Mathew Bahm Director of Recreation City of Temiskaming Shores 325 Farr Drive Temiskaming Shores, ON P0J 1K0 Phone: 705) 672-3363 ext. 4106 Email: mbahm@temiskamingshores.ca It will be the Proponent's responsibility to clarify any details in question not mentioned in this Tender before presenting the submission.
