Pike Place Market PDA is the General Contractor for Western Window Restoration and Repairs in the Fairley building. Fairly Restoration Project Location: 1516 Western Ave Seattle WA 98101 Contact: Capital Projects Manager: Kelsev Lindblom Phone: 206.200.1873 " Scope: Project will include but is not limited to: Providing Temporary Scaffold, platforms, swing stage, lift/boom, etc. (Prebid by Magnum) Demo/Dumping, Order/Install required materials ,Restore Historic Wood Windows along Western Ave to MHC Standards ,Window and window frame repairs including but not limited to rot repair/or wood replacement/ failed glass replacement ,Perform repairs for window leaks for Lowes, Athenian, Chukar Cherries office, and Northwest Tastings which may include building repair outside of frame and window fixes., Caulk fixed windows from the exterior ,Replace weather stripping of functional windows.Replace hardware on interior functional windows (per list provided below) .Painting of windows and window frames/trim ,All permitting to be obtained by elected contractor ,Elected contractor to obtain permission from MHC and is responsible for MHC application submission. ,Prior to swing stage removal, water testing will be required on existing leaking areas to verify leaks have been completely repaired.
