The City of Asheville is soliciting qualifications from mechanical engineering firms for the evaluation, engineering, bid document preparation, and construction administration of an HVAC conversion project at the Tempie Avery Montford Community Center located at 34 Pearson Drive, Asheville. The City is looking for a firm whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely, cost-effective and quality driven professional services to the City Please note that the City of Asheville may send an automated acknowledgement of receipt, however it is recommended that the submitter follow up with the solicitation's designated representative to verify receipt. The City is not responsible for emailed submissions that fail to deliver or are otherwise lost for any reason. Digital submissions are submitted at the risk of the

It is expected that this request will result in the development of a list of firms that will be interviewed to further determine qualification for this project. Based on the submittals and the interviews, the highest-ranking firm will be selected for negotiations for a contract.
