The project includes the construction of a new influent pump station to replace the existing Archimedes screw pump station and the construction of a new headworks for a complete functioning project as shown on the Contract Drawings and included in the detailed specifications. The project is being funded by a loan from the State Revolving Fund and therefore bidders must comply with all applicable state and federal requirements identified in the bid documents including Davis-Bacon and "American Iron and Steel" Provisions. Small, minority, and women's businesses and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit bids. Bidders must provide a 5% bid bond The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, non responsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner further reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Bidder whom it finds, after reasonable inquiry and evaluation, to not be responsible.
