Site work, new construction and renovation of an educational facility in Decatur, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project consists of building additions to and remodeling of the American Dreamer STEM Academy located at 2155 S Taylor Road in Decatur, Illinois. Work includes site work and furnishings among other rela-ted work. A single stipulated sum bid will be received for all Work. Printed documents may be obtained at cost from Decatur Blueprint, (217) 423-7589. A Bid Bond and Performance and Payment Bond will be required. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, or to waive any informal-ities in the bidding. The successful bidder must agree to conform to the current rules and regulations of the Fair Employment Practices Commission. Attention is called to Minority Business Enterprise and Minor-ity Workforce Participation goals. Attention is called to the provisions of Equal Employ-ment Opportunity Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to all laborers, workers and me-chanics performing work under this contract. and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 13011,12).
