Grass cutting and trimming on the 8 acres (more or less) of the former Delight school campus located on the block enclosed by Webb Street, Blakely Street, Cherry Street and School Street. There is also a lot located on the west side of Blakely Street (.9 acres, more or less) included in the description. Bidders will provide their own equipment and fuel (mowers, trimmers, gas, etc.) as well as be able to provide sufficient insurance that would cover any damage to any structure (glass, brick, wood, etc.). Bids should be submitted by the amount per job (not hourly wage). The City of Delight reserves the right to reject any and/ or all bids without assigning any reason there for.
