The Standing Offer will be issued for a term of two (2) years with one irrevocable option year. It is anticipated that only one (1) firm will be issued a Standing Offer. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details. After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers. Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. The debriefing will include an outline of the reasons the submission was not successful, making reference to the evaluation criteria.
