The contract work for this project shall consist of furnishing all the required labor, materials, equipment, parts, implements and supplies necessary to perform the required Amphitheatre improvements at the Five Winds Ranch facility including the following: oSorting, Loading, Transport and Placement/Installation of 18"-30" Rock - Rock is stockpiled at City's NRCS Phase II Emergency Debris Basin at the Wilson Creek crossing at Jefferson Street (approximately 2 miles from project Site) oConstruct Concrete Stairs with safety railing- 2 locations - East and South entrance to Amphitheatre oConstruct Amphitheatre Safety Railing - wrought iron fencing along top of Amphitheatre slope to be constructed within new 4" curb, and 10ft wide concrete sidewalk. o6" Thick Concrete Slab for future event tent, including over-excavation and subgrade preparation oInstall straw/soil-binder within Amphitheatre footprint oConstruct decomposed granite multi-use trail per modified City of Yucaipa Standard drawing 600-0 (without trail fencing) oGrading for new roadway and installation of Class II aggregate base material on roadway from Amphitheatre to the main Five Winds Ranch entrance at Oak Glen Road The construction and completion of the project as indicated above shall be in accordance with all City Standards, Building Codes and Specifications prepared for this project.
