Reference number : 1585713 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-04 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Supply and Installation on Request of Bituminous Coating (Patching) Notice is hereby given that the Town of Saint-Georges will receive tenders for the supply and laying of bituminous surfacing by rake and paver on various streets and avenues within its territory. Each tender must be placed in a sealed return envelope bearing the identification provided in the appendix to the call for tenders document. To be eligible, any submission must: be presented on the forms provided by the City; be accompanied by a bid guarantee representing 10% of the total amount; Unless otherwise indicated, this call for tenders is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Agreement on the Liberalization of Public Procurement in Quebec and New Brunswick (AQNB), to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, cB-1.1). The deadline for submitting complaints is April 4, 2022. The City of Saint-Georges does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received and declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The City of Saint-Georges reserves the right to remove certain parts of the contract and the City cannot be the subject of any lawsuit or claim for costs, losses or damages suffered as a result of such decisions.
