Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Wake Forest, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Raleigh (COR) Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources (PRCR) is solicitating bids from one or more firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: Phase One - Design package evaluation for approximately 6 miles of single-track mountain bike trails. Phase Two - Permitting and construction of the trails as shown in the final design and permit package completed in the first phase. Questions due by March 31, 2022 @ 4:00 pm Bidder shall provide a bid bond in the amount of equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the proposal for construction or repair work in an amount equal to or more than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) or purchase of apparatus, supplies, materials, or equipment in an amount equal to or more than ninety thousand dollars ($90,000) The Contractor shall follow the procedures outlined in the specification, manufacturer's technical data, and/or industry standards to provide a complete and proper finished product. All materials and equipment furnished, and all Work done that is not in accordance with the Drawings or Specifications or that is substandard, non-conforming or defective will be rejected. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
