Boone County is requesting bids to perform single layer Preservation Chip Seal treatments on the Boone and Callaway Counties and Cities of Fulton and Mexico roads listed herein using CHFRS-2P asphalt emulsion and Trap Rock. Question Cutoff Date 4/11/2022 03:00:00 PM (CT) All questions pertaining to the project must be received by 3:00 p.m. on April 11, 2022. Anticipated notice to proceed date - on or about July 1, 2022 For the successful Bidder, Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond must be submitted on forms provided herein. The Boone County Commission has the right to accept or reject any part or parts of all bids, to waive technicalities, and to accept the offer the County Commission considers the most advantageous to the County. Boone County reserves the right to award this bid on an item-by-item basis, or an "all or none" basis, whichever is in the best interest of the County.
