Renovation of an educational facility in Paxton, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Only one representative per company will be allowed, and it is recommended that all attendees wear a mask and practice social distancing measures on site. Contractors will be required to comply with all laws, including those relating to prevailing rate of wages of the various classes of work to be performed under the proposed contract as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor, in accordance with Federal Labor Standards provisions, US Department of Labor. Contractor shall include costs for criminal background checks for all project employees in their bid. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
