Renovation of a municipal facility in Ucluelet, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Parks Canada requires a contractor to perform extensive remediation of severe water-related damage in the basement of the Kwisitis Visitor Centre in Pacific Rim National Park Reserve in the Coastal BC Field Unit. The work also includes repairs to various life-safety infrastructure in the building including the alarm system, emergency lighting, sprinkler heads, pull stations etc. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $100,001 - $ 250,000, Taxes extra.
