Tenders must be submitted in two (2) copies as well as on a USB key and be accompanied in particular by the following documents: A bid guarantee equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, valid for a period of ninety (90) days; If the bid security is in the form of a bond: a letter of undertaking stipulating that a performance bond and a bond of the contractor's obligations for wages, materials and services will be granted to the bidder. The City of Saint-Sauveur will not divulge the results of the opening of tenders, nor the name of the Successful Bidder by telephone. To obtain this information, interested persons may consult the site.
