Furnish labor, equipment and material, to-wit: Furnish, haul, spread various gradations of limestone on the Township Roads under the jurisdiction of the Bennington Township Trustees. All bids will be in effect for the entire 2022 construction season until May 31, 2023. Upon acceptance of the bid, the contract with the Bennington Township Trustees and the Contractor/Supplier shall contain the following option as stated below: Option "A" Bennington Township may purchase additional materials as needed at the unit bid price subject to the terms and conditions of the original bid. Option "A" may be preformed and executed by written request from Bennington Township to contractor. The contractor shall supply the additional materials upon Certification of Funds available by Bennington Township unless the Contractor clearly is unable to do so and so notifies Bennington Township to that effect with proof of such inability. Nothing contained herein shall limit the performance of option "A" more than one time during the term of contract. 3. Bennington Township will purchase the material as needed. Conditions under which bids will be received: A. Bids to be submitted on a unit price basis. 4. All proposals shall be in TRIPLICATE, upon the stationery of Vendor. 5. Liability insurance certificate must be included. 6. The Board of Bennington Township Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
