Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes the replacement of approximately 485 metres of 200 mm PVC sanitary main, 475 metres of 200 mm DI water main and 530 metres of various storm sewer main. The work also involves the reinstatement of the roadway, sidewalk, curb, gutter, and the placement of asphalt concrete on Highland Avenue. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or certified cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Tender Price (including HST). Subject to the Contract Documents and the Supplemental Conditions, the successful bidder will be required to provide Performance Securities as specified in the Bid Documents. Contractors responding to this Notice of Tender are advised that official contract documents can only be obtained from WSP Canada Inc. Only Contractors who have received the Tender directly from WSP Canada Inc. are eligible to submit a Tender on this project. General Contractors only may obtain Drawings and Specifications from WSP Canada Inc., 80 Bishop Drive, Fredericton, NB 506-451-0055 at a cost of $50.00 (including HST) per set, non-refundable.
