Project Number- 4079201, 4079202 The Lower Colorado River Authority (LCRA) is soliciting proposals for both materials and services to replace the evaporative cooling media, including drift eliminators, on two combustion turbines at our Ferguson Power Plant (FRG), located in Horseshoe Bay, TX. Question Deadline Monday, March 28, 2022 05:00 PM CT Supplier shall provide all necessary materials, equipment and services needed to replace the evaporative cooling media, including drift eliminators, on two 7FA.04 combustion turbines. Supplier shall provide materials, labor, supervision, tooling, and any heavy equipment as needed to replace the evaporative cooling media, including drift eliminators, on the two GE 7FA.04 Combustion Turbines at the Ferguson combined cycle power plant. Supplier to provide all equipment needed for the moving and lifting of the materials (forklifts, conveyors, lifts, construction debris chutes, lifting baskets, etc. as required). Supplier to also provide a list of 2-3 job references of previously completed similar work. Supplier shall provide a Foreign Material Exclusion Plan and a physical barrier downstream of the evaporative cooler media racks to prevent any contamination/debris from getting downstream into the combustion turbine inlet duct. Supplier will be responsible for cleaning/removing any debris that gets downstream, and a cleanliness inspection will be performed with LCRA and Supplier after completion of work. LCRA will be responsible for disposal of all waste generated, including the old media. Supplier shall manage the used media in coordination with LCRA to place it in appropriate containers for disposal off site by LCRA. The disposal containers will be provided by LCRA
