Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tooele, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work of this Construction Contract comprises the of a new CMU culinary well house and related appurtenances, together with the installation of approximately 3,600 linear feet of 16-inch diameter waterline, 28 water service lateral replacements and related appurtenances. Bid security in the amount of 5% of the base bid will be required to accompany bids.
