The Service Period is the date range in which services are delivered by the Contractor. The Province may not pay for services rendered outside the Service Period. The Contractor shall complete an "initial site visit" as soon as the access to the recreation site is snow-free, subject to the term of this Agreement. This "initial site visit" will prepare the recreation site for the upcoming camping season and ensure that the site is safe, sanitary and socially acceptable prior to visitors arriving on site. After the "initial site visit" has been completed, the Contractor will adhere to the Maintenance Schedule that has been identified for each recreation site in Schedule C of the Agreement. The contract is for one (1) year with an option to renew for an additional two years. (specifically- 12 Months: two, four month renewals, seasonally over the next 2 years). This Agreement is to engage you to carryout recreation site operations (the "Services"). The purpose of the operations, as specified in this Agreement, within the Work Area(s) is to provide safe, sanitary, socially acceptable and environmentally sound recreation sites to the standards defined in this Schedule A.
