This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation from ENWIN to prospective Proponents to prepare and submit competitive proposals for the provision of Professional Engineering and Consulting Services, as further described in Appendix "A". ENWIN's intent is to create a roster of up to five (5) vendors per category, to perform the Services outlined in this RFP. The roster that may result from this RFP will have a five (5) year term, comprised of an initial three (3) year term with two (2) optional one-year extensions or parts thereof, under the same terms and conditions at ENWIN's sole discretion. The two (2) optional one-year extensions (or parts thereof) are subject to the contractor's satisfactory performance and negotiation of acceptable pricing for any extension.
