Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Kalispell, Montana. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility.
Project Number- 4841.002.31 Scopes of work to be bid are as follows: Civil: Including but not limited to Implementation and Maintenance of the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), Mass Excavation, Grading, Drainage, Site Concrete, Site Landscaping & Irrigation System, Fencing & Gates, Asphalt Paving / Striping and Site Utilities. Building: Including but not limited to full build out of all interior building components, Structural Concrete, Masonry (CMU), Steel (includes misc. metals), Rough Carpentry (includes backing & blocking) and Wood Framing, Casework, Cabinetry and Countertops, Insulation, Supply & Install of Door & Window Packages, Overhead Doors, Gypsum Board, Acoustical Ceilings, Resilient & Carpet Flooring, Epoxy Flooring, Paint and Wall Coverings, Supply & Install of Specialty items, Restroom Accessories, Signage, Flagpole, Pressure Washer System, Plumbing, Mechanical/HVAC, Electrical Systems and Low-Voltage Rough-in. All bids must include appropriate taxes (Gross Receipts Tax), permits specific to their scope and wage rates. The current wage rates for the project are included in the construction specifications. Please note: The supply and install of the pre-engineered metal buildings have already been contracted in Phase I.
