Services, Inc. with awarded amount $76,691.60** Sealed bids for the supply and installation of paving fabric and installation of asphalt overlays A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Conewago Township in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. The successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety), as specified in the Contract. Conewago Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/8/2022 3:00 PM The road may be closed during construction, if the Contractor implements a detour plan. The detour plan must be submitted to the Township for approval prior to implementation. A detour plan, advance road closure postings, and door hangers shall be placed at least five (5) calendar days in advance with anticipated construction dates. Oxford Avenue (T-476) - Beginning at the intersection with Edgegrove Road (S.R. 2008) to Hemlock Drive (T-461). Approximately 4,375' x variable width; 800 tons of scratch course; 1,300 tons of wearing course; 13,861 square yards of paving fabric; 650 square yards of base repair and bituminous driveway restorations.
