Lenape Park Bicycle Trail Reconstruction Project - 4662317

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sellersville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project will consist of paving the bicycle trail, driveway and parking lot for the trail, and adding and restoring storm water/erosion control structures. Clarification deadline 4/25/2022 12:00 pm Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Borough of Sellersville. Award of Contract, if a Contract be awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder, but the Owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner.
