Site work and paving for a road / highway in Bethel Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Proposal must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality as this is a PENNDOT Liquid Fuels Project. Clarification Deadline: 4/7/2022 4:00 PM Each bid must be accompanied by security in the form of a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Liquidated damages apply at a rate of $870 per day. Bethel Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept the bid which is in the best interest of the Township.
