Renovation of an educational facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Judson Independent School District desires to identify and select a Contractor to provide and install two (2) boilers as specified in this solicitation for Metzger Middle School. (2) XFIIRE H7-650B Raypak Boilers with a 300-gallon storage tank to hold 140-degree hot water shall be installed on new housekeeping pad(s) 3-1/2 minimum thickness. Versa IC controller shall be included in the boiler package. Recirculation pumps: The existing hot water re-circulation pumps shall be replaced with Grundfos or equal and shall match the existing HP, head, and electrical parameters. Adding softened water to the cold-water inlets of existing TMV-1 and TMV-2 will increase the demand for softened water; we recommend an additional softener resin tank. Water Softener: HT-42-0210-02S Simplex unit only; route piping through existing brine tank. Install on existing pad. Extend housekeeping pad if needed.
