As of April 22, 2022, no bids were received for this project and it may rebid in the future. A timeline for rebid has not yet been established. The proposed project consists of installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, asphalt patching; ADA-compliant pedestrian ramps, structural and landscape retaining walls, site lighting, storm drainage, pavement markings, and other appurtenances for the following sidewalk infill locations in the Ketchum, Idaho downtown core: Q3-2: Southwest Corner of 6th Street & Washington Avenue Q3-4: Southwest corner of 7th Street & Warm Springs Road Q3-6: Northeast corner of 7th Street & 1st Avenue Q3-8: Northeast corner of 7th Street & Washington Avenue A BID must be submitted on the prescribed form and shall be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a certified cashier's check, or a corporate bid bond payable to the City of Ketchum Idaho, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The successful Bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of not less than one-hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Bidders and their subcontractors shall provide proof of a Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho in effect at the time of BID submittal. Bidders will submit a list of all Subcontractors with their BID. All Subcontractors shall also provide proof of a Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho in effect at the time of BID submittal. The attention of Bidders is directed to the applicable local, state, and federal requirements regarding conditions of employment to be observed.
