Renovation of a municipal facility in Stafford Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The project consists of removal of existing roofing system, insulation and all else necessary to restore and replace existing roof areas. Furnish and install new AphaGuard Bio Roof Restoration System or equivalent, that is approximately 5100 SF, including perform adhesion test, removal and replacement of wet insulation and related roofing, prepare and prime substrates, polyester reinforcement, replace drain strainers; install walkways, roof access hatch safety rail. The work shall also include the replacement of an existing hybrid KEE Roof area of approximately 14,700 SF with new Hybrid TremPly KEE Roof System or equivalent, including removing/reinstalling metal coping, save/reinstall existing installation, replace drain strainers, replace control joint sealant and install walkways, pipe penetration curb, roof access hatch safety rail. Material substitution procedures are outlined in Section 012500 of the project Bid Specifications. Check made payable to Stafford Township. Payment must be received prior to obtaining said specifications either by mail or in person. The said Contract Documents and Proposal sheets may be examined at the Township of Stafford, Purchasing Department, 260 East Bay Avenue, 2nd Floor Room 276, Manahawkin, New Jersey, 08050. Certificate from a Surety Company is required indicating consent to be bound as surety and guarantor for performance required under the Contract Documents.
