All Work is included in a single prime contract. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. The City of Menasha reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. Est.
