Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Cortez, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes approximately: 14,000 SY of road reconstruction; trenching and backfill for 300 LF of 6" waterline; remove and replace 19 water service taps; install two 16" valves in conjunction with the City water crew. The reconstruction includes milling/removal of asphalt, recycle on-site Class 6, recondition subgrade, haul and place new Class 6, and repave. The project also includes: install 40 LF of 18" culvert pipe; remove and replace 260 SY of concrete flatwork, 93 SY of ADA ramps, and approximately 220 LF of curb. All work is in the City of Cortez.
