MBE to be 0% for this project GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK Abandoning existing 2" waterline and installing new 8" PVC waterline Removing existing 6" sanitary sewer line and installing new 8" PVC sewer line Temporary Water Line Temporary Pavements PREQUALIFICATION The improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. The procedures for qualification and pre-qualification are outlined in the Section 00 21 13 - INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS DOCUMENT EXAMINATION AND PROCUREMENTS The Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined or obtained on-line by visiting the City of Fort Worth's Purchasing Division website and clicking on the link to the advertised project folders on the City's electronic document management and collaboration system site.
