Questions received, if any, will be posted on the internet as an addendum to the bid. It is the responsibility of all intrested parties to download this information. The Project consists of the following: 1. Provide two new overhead sectional doors for Washbay openings, including associated wood siding modifications. 2. Provide mechanical equipment enclosure on the west elevation of the Washbay for connection to existing snow melt system tubing installed in Washbay floor. 3. Provide mechanical units over north and south Washbay openings to condition Washbay space. 4. Close opening between Salt Barn and Washbay with wood framing and FRP wall panels to match existing adjacent construction.
