Briefly, the project consists of one new steel covered play structure at Malabon ES, Fairfield ES, Prairie Mountain School, Meadow View School, Clear Lake ES, and Irving ES, 6 total. The structures range in size and shape, but are approximately 3,000 SF each. At this time, other Project sites can be visited upon request. Photographs of each site will be available in the Bidding Documents. Project Identification: Briefly, the Project consists of facility upgrades including selective site demolition, new concrete and paving, new steel covered play structures, and electrical work at multiple sites in the Bethel School District in Eugene, OR, including: 1. Clear Lake Elementary School: 4646 Barger Dr, Eugene, OR 97402. 2. Fairfield Elementary School: 3455 Royal Ave, Eugene, OR 97402. 3. Irving Elementary School: 3200 Hyacinth St, Eugene, OR 97402. 4. Malabon Elementary School: 1380 Taney Dr, Eugene, OR 97402. 5. Meadow View Elementary School: 1855 Legacy St, Eugene, OR 97402. 6. Prairie Mountain School: 5305 Royal Ave, Eugene, OR, 97402. Work on-site may not begin prior to June 20, 2022. Perform work in order to achieve Substantial Completion by August 29, 2022. Achieve Final Completion within seven (7) days following the date of Substantial Completion.
