Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Kelowna, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Full road reconstruction of Abbott Street from Rose Avenue to Christleton Avenue, including curb and gutter, sidewalk, cycle track, boulevard, landscaping, irrigation, street lighting, shallow utility coordination, sanitary sewer service replacements, hydrant relocations, and traffic management. Works also include implementation of an interim active transportation corridor from Christleton Avenue to Newsome Avenue, including signage, paint markings, planters and concrete barrier installation. The Work can be briefly summarized as follows: 531 m of concrete curb and gutter 796 m2 concrete sidewalk 13 street light poles and bases 1470 m3 common excavation 2900 m2 asphalt removal 2600 m2 granular base and subbase 2110 m2 asphalt 100mm thickness - lifts Paint markings Signage Landscaping Replacement of irrigaiton controller and irrigation system 13 sanitary service replacements 200 concrete barriers and bullnose components Documents can be obtained from https://kelowna.bonfirehub.ca/portal/
